Who is responsible

What is collected and why

• Contact form: your name, email, company and message, used to reply to your enquiry.
• Self-diagnostic: your answers and, if you provide it, your email address, used to send you your result and to follow up if you have asked for it.

The legal basis is your consent, or Ad Astra's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you have sent.

How long it is kept

Data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and no longer than 24 months after your last contact.

Who processes it

Data is stored with Lovable, which hosts the website and its database (built on Supabase) and processes the data on Ad Astra's behalf. If you accept analytics cookies, usage data is also processed by Google and Microsoft. It is not sold or shared for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to am@adastra-consult.dk. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.
